By accessing or using the ManagePrint platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators and workers within an organization.
ManagePrint is a print shop management platform that provides tools for quoting, invoicing, job tracking, production workflow management, team coordination, and payment collection. The Service is provided as a hosted web application on a subscription basis.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing their team members' access and ensuring appropriate use of the Service within their organization.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
ManagePrint enables you to collect payments from your customers through Stripe Connect. When you use this feature:
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including customer information, job details, quotes, invoices, and other business records ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. You represent that you have the right to submit all data you provide and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
You agree not to:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your subscription payment fails. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManagePrint and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
