A storefront in group-order mode, exactly as a buyer sees it.
Three kinds of store, one system
Two fulfillment modes cover the way decorators actually sell: pool the orders and print once, or print each one as it lands.
One store, one run
Open the store, set a close date, let the school order for two weeks. Every order pools until close, then merges by product, size, and color into a single invoice and a single production job — so the floor sees one run of 96 shirts, not forty orders to reconcile.
Split the profit, on the record
Set the terms per store — 60/40 with the booster club — and ManagePrint reports each side's share of profit after blanks, decoration, and payment fees, with sales tax excluded throughout. The split is frozen on every order at purchase, so the statement you hand over doesn't change later.
Always open, always flowing
Leave the store running and put it in immediate mode. Each paid order spawns its own invoice and its own pending job the moment payment clears, with the buyer matched to a customer record by email.
How it works
From an empty store to a job on the board, without exporting a spreadsheet in between.
- Step 1
Build the store
Add products, sizes, and colors. Search the S&S Activewear catalog to pull real styles and per-size blank costs, then set what each print location costs to decorate.
- Step 2
Share the link
Every store gets its own public URL, plus a logo, banner, headline, and contact block. Password-protect it when the store shouldn't be public, and show a countdown so nobody misses the close.
- Step 3
Orders come in
Buyers check out through Stripe. In group-order mode the orders pool; in immediate mode each one becomes an invoice and a job right away. You watch either from the store's orders tab.
- Step 4
Close it, and print
Close the store manually or let the close date do it. Every paid order consolidates into one invoice and one multi-part job, and the store stops accepting orders.

Close store now
Consolidate all 24 paid orders into a single invoice + production job. The storefront stops accepting orders after close.
Step four, in the app: close the store and every paid order becomes one invoice and one production job.
The part nobody else does
Most storefront platforms can tell you what a store sold. Very few can tell you what it earned, because they never recorded what the blanks and the printing cost.
ManagePrint records both. Pull per-size blank costs from the S&S Activewear catalog — a 2XL really does cost more, and a margin computed off the base cost would overstate it on every extended size you sell — then add what each print location costs to decorate.
Sales tax is excluded from every line of that math. It's the state's money passing through, not revenue and not profit.
Across 24 paid orders. Sales tax is excluded throughout — it's collected for the state, not earned.
Reported only — no payout is sent from here.
0.6%. Not 3.5%.
Storefronts are part of the Professional plan. There is no commission on what you sell and nothing to pay to get started.
Platforms built only for team stores commonly charge a commission on products and decoration on top of processing, plus a one-time onboarding fee. See ManagePrint vs Chipply for the side-by-side.
